How much does house cleaning cost?
Our pricing is based on your home's size, condition, requested services, and cleaning frequency. Most recurring clients invest between $175 and $320 + HST, while initial deep cleanings typically begin at $235 + HST. Every home is unique, and we'll provide a personalized quote before your first cleaning.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates provide dollar credit toward professional home cleaning with Sapphire Maid Services in London, Ontario.
They do not guarantee a specific number of cleaning hours or a complete home cleaning.
Advance booking is required, subject to availability and our usual minimum booking requirements.
If your cleaning costs more than your available balance, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining credit stays available for future appointments.
Cleaning services are charged at the rates in effect when booked.
Unused gift certificates may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request by the original purchaser, with proof of purchase.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the certificate is deactivated.
Partially redeemed certificates and purchases outside this window are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Unused balances remain available toward future cleaning appointments.

Any replacement retains the remaining unused balance, and the original code is deactivated. Keep your code secure, as anyone with access to it may be able to redeem it.
Amounts already redeemed without your permission cannot be restored, except where required by law.
